You’re already familiar with the desktop version of Effi. But make sure you take advantage of the awesome mobile app that we built for both iOS and Android.
The mobile app is intended to have all the features from the website portal made accessible more conveniently through your smartphone.

We’ve just added a lot more functionality to the mobile experience.
From your phone, you can now smoothly perform various actions including:
A. Request document & bank statement collection and track its progress
Step 1: Tap on the suitcase icon on the bottom navigation which indicates the lead section. By default, new leads will be shown here. Simply select the lead you want to collect documents from.
If you want to select a lead with a different status, tap on 'New' on the top and choose from the status list (see image below). You can also add a new lead here.
Step 2: Go to Documents and tap on the plus sign to request new documents. Follow the prompt to complete the process.
Step 3: Switch to bank statements and tap on the two-arrows-loop icon to request bank statements.
B. Assign tasks to your team and receive all notifications
Step 1: Go to the lead section, swipe left on one of the leads and tap on the email icon to message the lead and/or to assign tasks to a member of your team.
Step 2: When the chat box opens up, tap on the Folder icon to enter your note.
Select the member who will receive the task, and select the due date. When you're ready press the paper plane icon to send. The task ticket is only visible to the member, not to the lead.
Step 3: To view the tasks assigned to you and created by you, tap on the Homepage icon on the bottom navigation. Go to 'Notes'. From here, you can view the task, with one swipe, you can mark it as done.
C. Add new leads, filter and search through all your leads
Step 1: On the lead page, tap on the lead status on the top left corner –'New'. Click on 'Add a New Lead' at the bottom of the popup page.
Step 2: Simply enter the details of the new lead (see image below).
Step 3: Notice on the lead page, when you swipe down, the search and filter bar will be revealed.
Here you can search for a lead, filter by state/referral source/labels.
D. Engage with your customers via messaging or aircall
On the lead page, you can message or call the lead by swiping, or choosing one of the icons on the top right corner (see image below)
- Pencil icon allows you to edit the lead names and display name.
- Envelop icon allows you to message the lead.
- Phone icon allows you to call the lead directly.
E. Update lead status, add labels with the ability to add another applicant too
On the lead summary tab, you can add label and swipe down to reveal the lead status dropdown button where you can change its status.
To add a new applicant, go to the 'Applicant' tab on the bottom navigation, and tap on the plus sign icon. Enter details to invite the new applicant.
F. Update your profile details and your availability
Step 1: To update your profile details, go to the hamburger icon on the bottom navigation.
Step 2: Tap on the arrow to go to your profile page.
Here you can edit all of your details from specialities to industry awards.
You can also toggle the On/Off switch to mark your availability.
So you see, the majority of the home loan process can be done entirely on the app itself.
Now you can do your work conveniently on mobile!
