How to access the Kanban feature?

With the Kanban feature, you are able to visualise your workflow and maximise efficiency. Kanban uses cards to represent your leads which you can move through different stages until completion. Each column represents a specific stage that together compose your workflow.

To access the Kanban feature on your Effi portal:

1) Log into the broker portal and click 'Leads' on the sidebar menu.

2) Hover your mouse over under 'View As' and click on the non-default button to view your Kanban board.

3. There are 10 stages: New, Contacted, Qualified, Application, On-Hold, Lodged, Conditional, Pre-approval, Approved, and Settled. You can drag and drop a card to the next stage to move it along the board until completion.
