1) Log into the broker portal and click on your profile.
2) Toggle the OFF button to ON located underneath your email address.
3) Enter in the email address that you would like sync and click Connect Account. Email correspondence will be sent from this email address.
4) Follow the prompts.
5) Make sure you allow Effi to:
- See and download your contacts.
- Send emails on your behalf.
If you do not allow Effi to see and download your contacts, or send emails on your behalf, the email sync will not work.
6) Once synced, the OFF toggles will switch to green as ON.
