Effi allows to sync 1 calendar per broker account on the broker portal. Watch the video below to see step by step on how to sync your calendar.
Using Effi's broker portal and calendar sync, you can create multiple link events which can be added to the end of your signature where customers can access and check your availability for the next available appointment.
1) Click on the calendar icon.
2) Click + Add Calendar icon.
3) Type in the email of the calendar you would like to sync with Effi.
At this stage, it's important to make sure you have allowed Effi to make changes to your connected account. Simply make sure you check the select all option.
For Google users it'll look like this:
For Microsoft users, it'll look like this:
4) Follow the prompts.
Please allow up to 15 minutes for your calendar to be synced.
