Follow the steps below to start a campaign:
1) Click + New Campaign.
2) Complete the fields in the pop up.
3) Click into the campaign and amend the message to suit your tone of voice.
It is recommended that you do not amend the section highlighted in yellow as this will be replaced with your customer's name and your name and business name.
You are more than welcome to amend the rest of the message to suit your tone of voice and click Save once you have finished.
4) Choose your contacts.
You can either Add from Existing Leads or Upload Contacts.
5) Schedule your campaign for later or run the campaign now if you are ready.
You can always test the campaign as well to ensure that the bot is responding the correct way.
