How do I change the duration when requesting bank statements?

Brokers have the option of collecting 3, 6 or 12 months bank statement from customers through the consumer portal. 

1) Go to Settings.

2) Select 3, 6 or 12 months and click save.

NOTE: Effi lite does not include electronic bank statement collection. You can bring your own Illion account into Effi.
