How do I switch off receiving leads if I am unavailable or away?

Your profile will appear on our lead partners sites and will offer clients the ability to contact you directly by phone from the app or website. Its important that if you are not available to take this calls you should mark yourself unavailable.

This can be done on the broker portal by toggling the ''Available Now" Button. You can also do this via our App.

Put in the duration you are unavailable for and click save.

Remember to save 02 8074 1512 to your mobile as any call from this number will be an Effi qualified lead from our paid referral Effi Partner that wants to talk to you!
