Overview
The Fact Find Autosave feature automatically saves form progress as users complete sections. This helps prevent data loss and allows users to move between sections or leads without manually clicking Save.
Autosave is now available across all environments and forms and can be enabled by admins.

How Autosave Works
Once enabled, the system saves entered information locally as users move through the form.
This means:
Data is saved while navigating between sections
Data remains saved if users leave and return to the lead
No manual saving is required
Final validations only run when the form is submitted.
How to Enable Autosave (Admin Users)
Go to Forms in the admin portal
Select the relevant form
Enable Autosave Form
Click Publish
Once published, autosave will apply to that form.
Using Autosave in the Broker Portal
When filling out a Fact Find form:
Enter information in any section
Move between sections freely
Navigate to another lead if needed
Return to the original lead
Your previous inputs will still be saved
You will also see an “Autosave Enabled” indicator on supported forms.
Using Autosave in the Consumer Portal
Autosave also works in the Consumer Portal.
Information entered by clients is saved automatically
If the page is refreshed or revisited, saved data will reappear
Progress is retained across sections
This helps reduce incomplete submissions.

The Save button is being updated to Next.
Clicking Next moves users to the next section
Autosave continues in the background
This applies to both broker and consumer portals
