Overview
The AI Smart Reporting feature enables enterprises to create and use intelligent question sets for loan applications and reporting. It simplifies data collection while maintaining flexibility across different loan types.
Question Configuration
Smart Reporting supports different question sets based on loan types, including:
- Asset Finance
- Home Loans
Each loan type follows a standardised set of questions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
💡 Custom question sets can also be configured to meet specific enterprise requirements upon request.
How to Access Smart Reporting
- Navigate to the left-hand menu in the platform
- Locate and click Reports
- Select Smart Reporting
Asking Questions in Smart Reporting
Once inside Smart Reporting, you’ll see the prompt:
“How can we help you today?”
You can ask questions in plain language, just like chatting with an AI.
Example Questions
- How many leads were generated per month?
- What are my top-performing brokers this quarter?
- How many applications are currently in progress?
- What trends can I see in submissions or approvals?
- How does this month compare to last month?
Smart Reporting will also suggest follow-up questions to help you explore your data further.
Sending Questions for Accurate Reports
After entering your question, submit it to generate the report.
The system uses dynamic date ranges (e.g., last 7 days, last 7 months, last year) instead of fixed dates to ensure accuracy and reduce maintenance.
Example Queries
- Top brokers by net revenue in February 2026
- Target deal count vs settled deals per broker – January 2026
- Net revenue by loan use type (Consumer vs Commercial) – year-to-date
- Active leads by workflow stage (including loan value per stage)
- Broker targets vs actual performance for NAF – January 2026
Reviewing Report Details
Your report may include key insights such as:
- Broker name
- Lender name
- Loan purpose
- Settled leads
- Total loan amount
These insights help you quickly understand performance and trends across your data.
Generating Settlement Reports
You can generate a Settlement Report for the last 7 days.
This report includes:
- Key insights
- Observations and patterns
- Recommendations and next steps
It provides a quick snapshot of recent loan settlements to support decision-making.
Managing the Chat Interface
You can manage your Smart Reporting experience using the chat interface:
- Collapse the chat to hide it from view
- Select New Chat to start a new query
- Access your recent questions in the chat history
Recent Chat
Smart Reporting keeps track of your previous queries.
For example:
“Show me the amount with settlement for the last 6 months.”
The system will generate a report based on that query, including insights and recommendations.
Time-Based Filters
To ensure accuracy, Smart Reporting uses dynamic date ranges instead of fixed dates.

- Last month
- Last year
⚠️ Specific dates (e.g., January 2026) are not supported to ensure data consistency and reduce ongoing maintenance.

Access & Permissions
Smart Reporting respects user access levels:
- Admins can view data across all businesses
- Brokers can only access their relevant data
This ensures users only see the information relevant to their role.
