Overview
In Salestrekker, leads can now be automatically synced when they are moved into specific pipeline stages. This removes the need for manual syncing at key steps and ensures data stays up to date as leads progress through your workflow.
Previously, syncs only occurred when a lead was created or cloned. With this update, syncing can now also be triggered by stage changes.
Key benefits
- Reduces manual effort and the risk of missed updates
- Keeps lead information accurate as it moves through your pipeline
- Allows multiple stage-based triggers for flexible automation
How it works
- An administrator maps one or more pipeline stages in the sync settings
- When a lead enters a mapped stage, a sync is automatically triggered
- If a lead re-enters a mapped stage later, it will trigger another sync
Important notes
- Only mapped stages will trigger a sync
- Unmapped stages will not trigger any action
- There may be a short delay in the board view updating after sync — refreshing the page will show the latest status
- This feature is currently available for selected enterprise environments. Contact us at support@effi.com.au to enable it in your platform.
Latest Enhancement: Validation Warning
When configuring auto-sync for Salestrekker, the system now alerts you if a selected pipeline stage doesn't have a status mapping set up. This prevents silent sync failures and reduces the risk of missing data.
Key Benefits:
- Immediate visual warning when a misconfigured stage is selected
- Reduces sync errors caused by missing stage-to-status mappings
- Centralises auto-sync settings into one place in the UI
How It Works:
- Open the auto-sync configuration panel in Salestrekker
- Navigate to the stage mapping section
- Select a pipeline stage
- If no status mapping is configured, a warning message will appear immediately
- Configure the missing mapping to resolve the warning before saving
Availability:
Currently available for Salestrekker. Expansion to Connective and other aggregators is planned.
