Activating Voice AI
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Scroll to Activate Voice Bot.
- Complete your business profile setup.
- Click Launch to open the Voice AI dashboard.
A default set of AI agents will be created automatically to help you get started.
Building and Configuring Agents
Agents are your virtual callers, each configured for a specific purpose such as:
- New lead introduction
- Refinance follow-up
- Asset finance qualification
- Appointment confirmations
- Nurture campaigns

Appointment Profiles
Appointment profiles allow you to define which questions the AI asks, such as:

Questions can be marked as mandatory or optional depending on your process.
Triggering calls
Navigate to the Outbound section to launch calls.
Single call
- Click New Outbound Call
- Select an agent
- Enter lead details
- Click Trigger Call
Bulk upload
- Download the Excel template
- Populate lead details
- Upload the file
- Launch the campaign
Up to 1,000 calls can be initiated in a single upload.
