Customise which filters appear on the Leads page and control what information is shown on each Kanban deal card — all from the View Settings panel.
WHAT'S NEW:
Broker Business Filters for Platform Admin Users
How each filter works
Broker Business — Lead
- Filter param: legalEntityId
- Meaning: The business that owns the lead
- Think of it as "Who generated or owns this lead?"
Broker Business — Assigned Broker
- Filter param: brokerLegalEntityId
- Meaning: The business of the broker currently assigned to the lead
- Think of it as: "Which broker business is currently working on this lead?"
Key difference at a glance
| Filter | Answers the question… | Filter param |
|---|---|---|
| Broker business — Lead | Which business owns this lead? | legalEntityId |
| Broker business — Assigned broker | Which business is handling this lead? | brokerLegalEntityId |
Both filters use the same dropdown data source but apply to different sides of the lead–broker relationship. Use the Lead filter for a performance or source view; use the Assigned broker filter for a workload or assignment view.
Default filters in the Kanban Board
The following filters are always visible on the Leads page and do not need to be toggled on.
| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| Broker | Filter leads by the assigned broker |
| Lead search | Search leads by name or reference |
| Co-assign filter | Filter by co-assigned members |
| Submitted on | Filter by when the lead was created |
| Advanced filters | Expandable panel for additional filters (see below) |
Adding or Removing filters via View Settings
Control which extra filters appear in the Advanced Filters panel using View Settings.
- Go to the Leads page.
- ClickView Settings (located beside the auto-expand toggle).
- Under Advanced Filters, toggle on any filters you want to display.
- To hide a filter, toggle it off — it will no longer appear in the panel.
