Greetings Effi community,
At Effi, we are doing our best to create a natural and intuitive experience for both brokers and their clients on our lead management platform.
This article stands as an update, going into more detail about where we are now and what we have done in the past month.
What has happened so far?
Last month was an important milestone in our roadmap. Effi has been validated by the ‘Amazon Web Services’ (AWS) "Well Architected" Framework for our cloud technical expertise.
We’ve also picked up on many things that were very helpful at industry events. Taking everything we learned into consideration and merging it into a platform that brokers really need, is a vital part of our process.
Here are our highly anticipated changes:
- How to pin and make leads high priority on Effi? Now, you can start pinning leads to the top or unpinning them based on their priority levels.
- How to label your leads and filter them? We’ve implemented the ‘Label’ feature that allows you to quickly add labels to your leads and filter them with the click of a button.

Leads Transition, Timestamps and how to hide or show lead status and other tiny incremental changes around the platform.
We believe no great product is actually finished, that there is always room to improve and adapt to our user requirements. We hope to receive more feedback from the Effi community in the future.
