E-signature request automation is now available to brokers who have Docusign accounts, which is convenient because your clients will receive automatic Esignature requests straight after they completed their fact-find.
Here's how it works:

Step 1: Log in to your broker portal and go to 'Settings' on the top right corner.
Step 2: Jump to 'Integrations'
Step 3: Connect to your DocuSign account
Step 4: Choose a DocuSign template that you want your clients to sign
Step 5: Select the applicant role to receive the signature request
Step 6: Set the trigger to collect e-signatures upon the completion of the 'About You' section or the 'Financial Snapshot' section
Step 7: Save changes. Then, you can Click on a lead -> Go to Documents -> E-signature, to find an envelop has been created. Once signed, you can download it with a click.
