Mapping your aggregator CRM workflow and stages to Effi ensures your leads stay in sync and that status updates are reflected accurately across both systems.
Step 1: Integrate your aggregator CRM with Effi
Before mapping your workflow, make sure your aggregator CRM is connected to Effi.
This can be done using your API keys or login credentials.

Step 2: Select your organisation and owner
Once your integration is complete:
- Navigate to your Settings > Aggregator Configuration
- Select the relevant organisation
- Choose the appropriate owner/user
This ensures that the mapping is applied to the correct account and data flow.
Map the aggregator CRM workflow and stage with the effi status. This is a crucial stage as any changes you make in your aggregator CRM will also reflect in Effi.
