Here's a quick guide on how to use the SLA report in EFFI
How to set up SLA's
Step one:
Head over to the Workflows tab on the left hand side panel and select the workflow you'll be updating
Step two:
Within each individual stage you'll see a cog icon, select that cog icon.
Step three:
You will find the overdue settings at the very top that will allow you to set SLA's based on the amount of Months/Days/Hours/Minutes the lead has been in that stage. You have the ability to update each stage's overdue settings, please dont forget to hit save changes at the end!
Step four:
See your SLA's in action through the advanced reporting tool. Please note you may need to refresh the report if you have recently made changes to your SLA's.
