You can easily update your client’s mobile number and email address from their profile in Effi. Keeping these details up to date ensures your client can access their portal and receive important notifications without issues.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Open the Client Profile
Locate the client you would like to update.
Click on their name to open their Client Profile.
Step 2: Select the Edit Icon
In the client profile, locate the pencil (edit) icon.
Click the pencil icon next to the client’s details.
Step 3: Update Contact Details
Enter the updated mobile number and/or email address.
Review the details to ensure they are correct.
Click Update to save your changes.
Step 4: Confirm the Update
Once saved, a success message will appear confirming the update.
Your client can now use their updated mobile number to log in to their client portal.

Always confirm the updated contact details with your client before saving.
Ensure the mobile number includes the correct country code, where applicable.
