How to Invite the secondary applicant

We are thrilled to introduce an exciting new feature that simplifies the loan application process for our users. Our latest enhancement now allows you to invite a secondary applicant at any stage of the loan process, addressing the common scenario where applicants initially opt for the 'fill on behalf of' option and later realize the need for the other person to input their details.

This improvement makes collaboration between applicants seamless and more efficient, ensuring a smoother experience for all involved.

Steps:

Step One:

Head over to the client profile

Step Two:

Click on the 'Add another applicant' option and fill in the secondary applicants information

Step Three:

If you'd like to invite the secondary applicant right away you can select the 'invite applicant' option otherwise the applicant can be invited later on.

Step Four:

If you did not proceed with step 3, you have the ability to add the applicant down the track using the 'Invite applicant' button
