Say goodbye to pay-per-signature models, as Effi's e-sign provides you with the signed copy along with certification. You can create and customise signature templates and even automate them as part of your processes.
How to Authenticate and Enable Effi Sign
For new brokers, if you see the message in your lead, you need to authenticate with a provider to start creating requests.
You have to authenticate with Effisign in your settings!
Kindly follow the steps below:
Step One:
Head over to the Settings page within Effi
Step Two:
Navigate to the Integrations tab and click Authenticate with EffiSign.
Step Three:
From here, you can 'Go to the Effi Sign portal' to start creating and managing your templates.

1. Sign Yourself and Request Signatures
- To upload documents for self-signing or to request others’ signatures, simply select the respective buttons.
2. Need Your Signature
- Clicking on this card will take you to the list of documents awaiting your review.3
3. Out for Signatures
- Clicking on this card will take you to a list of documents awaiting signature.
4. Recent Signature Requests
- This is a list of documents that are waiting for your signature.
5. Recently Sent for Signatures
- This is a list of documents you've sent to other parties for signature.
6. Drafts
- These are documents you have started but have not finalised for sending.7
