We are excited to announce that Effi now offers two-way email sync capabilities, allowing you to view your sent emails in the messaging tab. You also have the option to CC or BCC the lead email ID to bring client responses into the Effi system, creating a seamless ecosystem for brokers.
How to Enable the two way email sync:
Step One:
Head over to your profile section and switch the 'CC/BCC lead email ID' option
Step Two:
Select which of the two options you'd like to proceed with whether it's having the lead ID email displayed with the CC option or having it hidden using the BCC option
Step Three:
Start sending emails!
