How to use the Auto-collapse in EFFI

Say goodbye to unnecessary scrolling in your Kanban view! You now have the power to automatically hide stages with no leads and customise which stages you want to collapse. This feature simplifies lead searching by eliminating irrelevant stages from your view.

How to use the auto-collapse feature:

Step One:

Head into your Leads page in Effi. On the right hand-side you'll see an icon like so that will give you the ability to select whether you'd like to auto collapse (left) your stages or auto lock (right).

Step Two:

If the auto collapse (left) option is selected, when searching for leads the system will automatically collapse all stages that do not match your search results.
