You can let customers know when you are available or unavailable to take calls using the available or unavailable button.
This will only work for brokers who have purchased leads from Effi's referral partners. By switching yourself to unavailable, your profile will be removed from Effi's referral partner's portal until you switch yourself back to on to avoid any customer calls that you were not ready to take.
