When Effi generates a lead the software is smart enough to allocate based on both location and your availability. You are in charge or where and when you get leads. The Service Range allows you to set either a local range based on your office postcode and kilometre setting you select, by state or across Australia as a whole.
The availability is determined by you as well. Firstly you can select whether you want to have leads on the weekend or not from the settings accessible from the home page (see below). Secondly you can via the web or app set your availability to receive leads on and off with the flick of a switch.
How to set your service range:
1) Log onto the broker portal and go to your profile.
2) Click the edit icon in the Service Radius and Availability section.
This will open the below box:
The top three buttons allow you to set either local to your office postcode (you would then set the Service Radius in kilometres below), Statewide or Nationwide.
If you are available to receive calls and leads on the weekend, make sure you tick the box as displayed in the picture above.
Once this is done you can select save.
3) To manually change whether you are available or not, simply toggle the "Availability" button at the top right corner of the homepage. This will allow you to set a time that you are unavailable for.
