1) Click on the Calendar icon.
2) Click on + Activity icon.
3) Fill in the Activity details and click Save.
This will automatically send the customer an email invitation to the event/activity.
IMPORTANT: Make sure you change the Availability from Free to Busy.
If the activity is scheduled as Free, people will still be able to book over this slot.
If the activity is scheduled as Busy, it will block out this slock in your calendar.
