We’re excited to introduce the latest updates to our automation features, focusing on powerful new actions to streamline your workflow and improve team efficiency. These updates give brokers more control and flexibility when managing leads.
What’s New?
The latest enhancements include three key actions you can now use in your automations:
1. Unassign a Label
You can now remove existing labels automatically when certain conditions are met.
For example, when a lead progresses to a new stage, such as Pre-Approval, any outdated labels (e.g., “Appointment Booked”) can be automatically unassigned. This keeps your lead records clean and relevant without manual updates.
2. Add Note
Instead of creating tasks for team members, you can now automatically add a note to a lead.
The system will post the note under the Messenger tab when certain conditions are met. This feature helps maintain a clear record of updates without cluttering task lists.
3. Include Assigned Member
We’ve created a new parameter that will allow you to include the Assigned Member on a lead in your automation.
This ensures that actions are directed to the right person every time, without the need to manually select a team member. It’s especially useful for follow-ups and stage-specific tasks.
