We’ve rolled out several enhancements to the EFFI Mobile app, bringing the mobile experience closer to the functionality you know from the web version. These updates make it easier to manage leads, communicate with clients, and collaborate with your team—all on the go.
October Updates: Filters and Sorting in the Messaging Tab
We’ve made it easier for you to stay organised with the new Filters and Sorting options in your Messaging tab. You can now view all your emails, messages, notes, and tasks in one place — helping you manage your communication more efficiently.
🔍 Using the Filter Dropdown
The new Filter dropdown lets you choose which activity types you’d like to see:
All – Displays everything (Messages, Emails, Notes, Tasks, and Calls)
Messages – Shows only messages and SMS communications
Emails – Displays emails we sent from the app.
Notes – Shows notes added to the lead
Tasks – Displays only your tasks
You can select multiple filters at once. For example, you can view Notes and Tasks together or just Messages only.
To adjust your view, simply click to select or unselect any filter.
↕️ Sorting Your View
You can now sort your list based on when each item was created or received:
Newest first (default) – See the most recent updates at the top

Oldest first – Review earlier updates first

Filters and sorting work together—for example, you can view only emails sorted from oldest first to easily review your earliest correspondence.

August Updates: Profile Icons, Referral Partners, User Management for Admins
1. Lead Management Enhancements
Profile Icons for Quick View: See the assigned broker, associate broker, and team member directly on the lead page.
Quick Actions: Call, message, email, or add notes without opening the lead.
Easy Editing: Use the three-dot menu to edit or update lead details.
Assign Members and Partners: Add members or partners directly from the lead using the vertical dots.
Aggregator Integration: Send leads to your aggregator within the app.

Document Handling: Edit enquiry and loan details, send documents, and access forms from the lead page.
2. Referral Partner Management
New Filters: Sort partners by user or status.
Active Partners: Edit or update details; make partners inactive when needed.
Inactive Partners: Delete inactive partners.
Search Capability: Quickly find partners by name or email.
3. User Management for Admins
View All Team Members: Access a complete list of users with filters for active, deactivated, and roles.
Role & Status Filters: Easily manage user roles and account statuses.
Deactivation and Deletion: Deactivate users before deletion; delete deactivated users instantly.

Search Functions: Search by name, email, or phone number for quick updates.
