Ensuring all your lenders are correctly registered is essential so that clients and referral partners know who you can and can’t assist.
Adding lenders in Effi is equally important, as the lenders you select will appear in the lender/product dropdown when updating leads to lodged, approved, or settled.
Follow these steps to enhance your lender list and ensure that all necessary entities are included, especially when a specific lender is not initially available in the system.

How to Add Lenders in Effi
Step 1
Click on your broker profile picture located at the top right of the screen, then select Profile from the dropdown menu.
Step 2
You will find two options for adding lenders:
Add from Existing List – Click Add List to choose from available lenders.
Add White-Label Lender – If you can’t find your lender in the list, you can manually add a white-label lender to the portal.
Step 3
Click Add List, select the lender, and only these selected lenders will appear in your lender list under the Loan tab.
Step 4
To add another white-label lender:
Click on ➕ or the Add button.
Enter the Lender Name and upload the Lender Logo.
The lender will now appear in your lender list in the Assets and Liabilities sections.
Note: Even if you remove the lender from Lender You Can Service section, it would still appear in the Current Lender list under Assets and Liabilities.
