Filters and Sort Options in the Messaging Tab

We’ve improved filters and sorting in your Messaging tab to make it easier to stay organised. This update helps you focus on what matters most—messages, emails, calls, notes, or tasks—all in one place.

🔍 Using the Filter Dropdown

The new Filter dropdown allows you to select which type of activity you’d like to view:

• Unselected Filters (default)– Shows everything (Calls, Messages, Emails, Notes, Tasks)

• Tasks – Displays only your tasks

• Notes – Shows notes added to the lead

• Messages – Displays all messages and SMS communications

• Emails – Shows only email conversations

You can select multiple filters at once. Simply click to select or unselect any filter to adjust your view.

↕️ Sorting Your View

You can now sort your list based on when each item was created or received:

• Newest first (default)—See the most recent updates at the top

• Oldest first—Review earlier updates first

💡 Tip

Filters and sorting work together—for example, you can view only emails sorted from oldest first to easily review your earliest correspondence.
