We’ve enhanced how Effi tracks and records activities in the Activity Log, ensuring you see more accurate, specific updates—without delays or missing details.
🚀 What’s New
Our development team has resolved an issue that affected how certain lead updates were recorded in the Activity Log.
Previously, the system would process updates in bulk, which could occasionally cause slower performance or incomplete entries.
Now, Effi processes each activity more efficiently by identifying and updating only the specific information that has changed.
⚙️ How It Works
Effi uses two key backend services to ensure data accuracy across the platform:
The new update introduces more granular event tracking, allowing Effi to identify exactly what’s changed rather than reprocessing an entire lead.
Example:
Instead of processing a full “lead update,” Effi now only updates what’s necessary — such as “email updated” or “contact details updated.”
This improvement reduces system load, speeds up syncing between services, and keeps logs more transparent.
✅ What This Means for You
Activity logs now show more precise update details.
Fewer system delays when multiple updates occur at once.
Improved stability and accuracy across enterprise accounts.
No action is required from your end — these improvements have already been deployed to production.
