1. AI Document Review (In-CRM)
Effi's AI can now analyse documents uploaded by clients and instantly determine:
- Whether the document is the correct type
- Whether the expiry date is valid (e.g., driver’s licence has not expired)
- If the document is from the correct time period (e.g., the latest payslip instead of an old one)
- Whether the name matches the applicant in the CRM
- If the document is readable and in the right format (PDF or image)
- Any inconsistencies based on the document description rules you set
