Effi AI Automation Suite — Document Review, File Renaming

Effi now offers a suite of intelligent AI tools designed to automate document handling, data extraction, and ApplyOnline workflows—significantly reducing manual work for brokers and support teams

1. AI Document Review (In-CRM)

Effi's AI can now analyse documents uploaded by clients and instantly determine:

• Whether the document is the correct type
• Whether the expiry date is valid (e.g., driver’s licence has not expired)
• If the document is from the correct time period (e.g., the latest payslip instead of an old one)
• Whether the name matches the applicant in the CRM
• If the document is readable and in the right format (PDF or image)
• Any inconsistencies based on the document description rules you set

Automatic Acceptance & Rejection

The AI will:

• Accept documents that meet your requirements
• Reject those that don’t
• Provide clear, plain-English explanations visible to both the broker and client
