Overview
Recent updates have been released to improve the lead import process. These enhancements introduce mapping support for stages and labels, as well as the ability to import applicants and employment data. Validation has also been improved to ensure consistency between selected stages and assigned labels during import.
The Lead Import tool delivers improved accuracy, clearer field mapping, better error detection, and support for bulk broker reassignment — all designed to reduce rework and speed up onboarding.
This enhancement directly addresses common challenges raised by our users, especially around mapping CSV fields to platform data and managing broker allocations.
The Import Tool has been updated to improve performance, visibility, and usability when importing large volumes of leads.
What’s New? Smarter & Faster
1. Real-Time Import Status
Newly imported files now update automatically.
The system polls in the background, so users no longer need to manually refresh the page to see progress.
2. Improved Import Performance
Backend API optimisations have been implemented.
Large imports (including up to 10,000 records) now process faster.
Approximate processing time is around 1 minute per 10 records, depending on file size and data quality.
3. Import History & Reporting
Users can now view their full import history.
Past imports can be downloaded at any time.
Import reports are available for review and auditing.
4. Partial Success & Error Handling
Imports that contain some invalid records may show a “Partial Success” status.
-
This means:
Valid records were imported successfully.
Some records were skipped due to errors.
-
Users can download an error report in CSV format, which includes:
Row number
Error message (e.g. duplicate opportunity)
5. Downloadable CSV Files
-
Users can download:
The original imported file
Error reports
Past import records
📌 What This Means for Users
Faster processing for large files.
Better visibility of import progress.
Easier troubleshooting using detailed error reports.
Improved tracking of historical imports.
