Kanban Board Enhancements: View Pipeline Totals & Recent Activity

No more tab switching. Tasks, Notes, and Activities now surface directly on the Kanban board — and with pipeline totals shown per board, you always know exactly how much is in play.

📊 View Total Pipeline Value and Lead Count

You can now see a real-time summary of your pipeline directly in the Kanban toolbar. For whichever board or workflow you select, the header displays the total dollar amount and total number of leads — giving you instant visibility into the size and value of each pipeline at a glance.

What you can now do:

• See the total dollar value of leads on any board or workflow in real time
• See the total number of leads for the selected board
• Compare pipeline size across different workflows by switching boards
• Quickly assess deal volume without running a separate report

💡 Tip: The totals update automatically whenever you switch boards or workflows. Try switching between boards to instantly compare pipeline volume across different segments.

🗂️ View Recent Tasks, Notes, and Activities

You can now view the latest Tasks, Notes, and Activities directly from the Kanban board with just one click — no need to open the lead or switch tabs.

How it works

1. Open the Kanban board
2. Locate the Activity icon on any deal card
3. Click the icon — a pop-up window appears showing the most recent updates for that deal
4. Items are displayed newest to oldest and the pop-up is scrollable

Depending on the icon selected, you'll see:

• The 5 most recent Activities, or
• Up to 3 of the most recent Tasks or Notes
