What Is a Non-Broker User?
A non-broker user is anyone in Effi who does not hold a broker licence or broker-level access.
Common examples include:
Admin assistants
Loan processors
Customer support staff
Business owners (non-brokers)
Compliance or back-office teams
These users can now log into the Effi Mobile App with permissions tailored to their role.
Mobile App Access for Non-Broker Users
Once logged into the mobile app, non-broker users can access different modules depending on their assigned permissions.
1. Leads Module (available if the user has Lead permissions)
Non-broker users can:
View the lead pipeline using the Kanban board
Switch between Kanban or List views
Use sorting options
Open and review lead details
Add notes, tasks, or reminders (if permitted)
Move leads between workflow stages (Contributor only)

2. Clients Module (available if the user has Client permissions)
