The Broker Dashboard provides a centralised view of your business, bringing together key performance metrics, pipeline insights, and team activity into a single, customisable dashboard.
Designed for both Brokers and Broker Business Admins, the dashboard helps you:
- Monitor business and team performance
- Track pipeline health
- Identify leads that require follow-up
- Measure progress against business targets
- Gain reporting insights using AI
Customising Your Dashboard
The Broker Dashboard can be customised to suit your workflow.
From Customise Layout, you can:
- Add KPI widgets
- Rearrange widgets using drag-and-drop
- Resize or remove widgets
- Restore the default dashboard using Reset Layout
This allows each user to personalise their dashboard without affecting other users.
KPI Cards
KPI Cards provide an at-a-glance summary of your business performance.
Selecting a KPI displays a detailed breakdown, with the option to expand the view for additional visibility.
Performance is colour-coded to help quickly identify business health:
- Green – On Track
- Yellow – At Risk
- Red – Off Track
Available KPI cards may include:
- Leads
- Lodgements
- Approvals
- Settlements
- Deeds Received
Team Scorecard
The Team Scorecard provides visibility into individual broker performance.
Broker Business Admins can:
- View broker performance
- Compare actual results against targets
- Monitor team progress
Performance targets are configured within Dashboard Settings.
Performance Trends
Interactive charts provide a visual overview of business performance over time.
Examples include:
- Monthly Lodgements
- Pipeline activity
- Team performance trends
Hover over any chart to view additional details for a specific period.
Needs Attention
The Needs Attention widget highlights leads that may require immediate action.
Examples include:
- Overdue tasks
- Outstanding document requests
- Leads requiring follow-up
Selecting a lead opens the record directly, allowing you to take action without searching through your pipeline.
Awaiting Client
The Awaiting on Client widget identifies leads that have remained in selected workflow stages longer than your configured threshold.
For example, if a lead remains in Documents Requested for more than the configured number of days, it will automatically appear in this widget as a reminder to follow up.
The stages and thresholds are configurable within Dashboard Settings.
Pipeline Overview
The Pipeline widget provides visibility across each stage of your workflow.
Selecting a stage displays:
- Lead Name
- Assigned Broker
- Referral Source
- Loan Amount
- Time spent in the current stage
You can also:
- Switch between workflows
- Change chart types
- Expand the widget for a larger view
Coaching Flags
The Coaching Flags widget helps Broker Business Admins identify brokers who may benefit from additional coaching or support.
The widget highlights performance trends based on business metrics, making it easier to recognise opportunities for improvement across the team.
Dashboard Settings
The dashboard can be configured to align with your business processes.
Available settings include:
- Primary Business Function
- Performance Thresholds
- Velocity Measurement
- At Risk Window
- Awaiting Client stage configuration
- Pipeline stages to track
These settings determine how information is displayed throughout the dashboard.
Reporting Periods
Use the reporting period filter to view dashboard data across different timeframes.
Available options include:
- Week to Date
- Month to Date
- Quarter to Date
- Current Year
- Financial Year
Historical reporting is also available, allowing you to compare performance over previous weeks, months, quarters, and years.
Advanced Filters
Refine the dashboard using advanced filters, including:
- Lender
- Lodgement Type
- Referral Source
- Workflow
- Labels
- Finance Type
Broker Business Admins can also use the All Brokers filter to view business-wide performance or focus on individual brokers.
AI Reporting
The dashboard includes an AI-powered reporting assistant that allows you to ask questions about your business data in plain language.
For example:
- Which broker settled the most loans this month?
- Which referral source generated the most business?
- How many applications are awaiting documents?
Your previous AI conversations are also saved for future reference.
Refresh Dashboard Data
To display the latest information, select Refresh Data.
This updates the dashboard with the most recent data available in the platform.
Performance Targets
Broker Business Admins can configure monthly performance targets for each broker in their Settings > "Performance Targets."
Supported targets include:
- Leads
- Lodgements
- Lodgement Value
- Approvals
- Approval Value
- Settlements
- Settlement Value
These targets are reflected throughout the dashboard, including KPI cards and Team Scorecards.
Permissions
The Broker Dashboard is available to Brokers and Broker Business Admins.
Some features may be limited for brokers, including:
- All Brokers filter
- Team performance management
- Performance Targets

Frequently Asked Questions
Why can't I see the All Brokers filter?
The All Brokers filter is only available to users with the Broker Business Admin role.
Can I customise my dashboard?
Yes. You can add, remove, resize, and rearrange widgets to create a layout that best suits your workflow. You can also restore the default layout at any time.
How do leads appear in the Awaiting Client widget?
A lead appears when it remains in one of your configured workflow stages longer than the threshold defined in Dashboard Settings.
Can I ask the AI custom reporting questions?
Yes. The AI Reporting assistant allows you to ask questions in natural language about your business performance and reporting data.
