Part 2
Practice in your portal
Use practice leads, not live clients, for all of the tasks below.
1
Complete your profile and install the mobile app
- Open your profile settings and fill in your photo, contact details and bio.
- If you're the business admin, upload your company logo and favicon.
- Download the Effi mobile app and log in with your existing credentials.
- Confirm you can see your dashboard from the mobile app.
2
Connect your calendar, email and one integration
- Sync your calendar so meetings booked in Effi appear in your day-to-day calendar.
- Sync your email so client conversations flow into Effi automatically.
- Connect at least one aggregator or lender integration relevant to your business.
3
Invite a team member and assign a task
- Invite one colleague (or a test account) as a new user.
- Assign them an appropriate role.
- Create a task and assign it to them so you can see it appear on their side.
