Part 1
Test your knowledge

B
A Contact is a person; an Account can group related people or an entity
C
An Account is only for referral partners
D
A Contact can only exist after a loan settles

Automatically from a connected aggregator or lender integration

Question 3
What does pinning a lead do?
A
Deletes it after 30 days
B
Marks it as high priority so it's easy to find
C
Sends it to the referral partner automatically
D
Locks it so no one else can edit it

A
To stop the same lead being created twice from the same source

A
A signed credit guide

A connected aggregator integration and mapped statuses
C
A referral partner account

Formatting client emails

Representing a step a lead moves through in your pipeline

Part 2
Practice in your portal
Use practice leads, not live clients, for all of the tasks below.
1
Import existing clients as contacts
- Prepare a small sample list of existing clients.
- Use the import tool to bring them in as contacts.
- Check how they appear as contacts and, where relevant, grouped accounts.
2
Add three practice leads using three different methods
- Add one lead manually through the Add Lead form.

- Trigger one lead from a connected integration (or simulate one if not yet live).
3
Organise your pipeline
- Apply a label or two to your practice leads.
- Pin one lead as high priority.
- Move that lead through at least three Kanban stages.
4
Build a workflow with automation
- Create a three-stage workflow for mortgage applications.
- Attach one automated action to a stage change (e.g. sending a task or email).
