How to add your referral partners to Effi?

Did you always want to bring your referral partners together in one place to easily exchange information and monitor lead progress?

We are elated to introduce our new Referrers feature. 

You will now get to bring your referrers onto Effi. What's more? The referred leads can be automatically tagged as they enter the system. All the while, the referrers will be tracking those leads' progress via your partner portal. 

This is a two-way street you and your referral partners would be very happy to find yourselves in. 

Here's how to add a referrer to Effi:

Step 1: Log in to your broker portal. Go to Referrers section on the left menu bar.

Step 2: Click on 'Add Referrer'

Step 3: Fill in the details of your referrer (their name, business name, logo,...etc)

Step 4: Save the referrer

Step 5: The referrer will receive a welcome email with a temporary password to log in to the partner portal where they will be tracking the lead progress. They also receive the Partner API Key to link their opt-in form to Effi, so that leads come automatically tagged as referrer in our system.

You can also share with the referrer a form code to embed our pre-made form to their landing page or wherever they capture leads from.

In short, they can build their own Form/Journey and connect to Effi via API or we provide a built-in form which they can directly embed in their website.
