How to use the SMS Bot

Our SMS bot is here to make scheduling appointments with your clients a breeze. Using real human-like language, the bot will communicate and engage with your clients, working towards scheduling an appointment with them that works for you. It will also automatically scan your calendar availability, saving you time and hassle.

Step one:

Head over to the Bot Icon on the left hand side

Step two:

Create a campaign. You can select from the range of campaign templates we've preset for you. You'll also have the ability to create your own template.

Step 3:

Review the opening message. Its important to keep the placeholders to ensure the bot is addressing your client and mentioning relevant details like your name, business name ect.

Step 4:

Upload your contact list using the CSV provided

Step 5:

Run the campaign and stay updated on whether or not the bot has scheduled appointments with your clients.
