How It Works

Document Name
Name that will appear inside the Generate Documents menu. If needed, you can request a separate or dedicated button (e.g., Generate SOCA) that triggers a specific document.
Document Template
You can use our standard template or provide your own branded version.
File Format
Let us know whether you'd like the document generated or downloaded in Word (.docx) or PDF format.
Destination and Actions
The button can be configured to do any of the following:
- Download the file immediately
- Trigger an e-signature request
- Send the file to your client via email (this action is also available under the Documents tab)
- Trigger a document collection request
