You can now edit, merge, and manage your PDFs directly inside Effi—no external software or additional licenses needed.
The new built-in PDF tools are available on all plans and can be accessed through the Document Request section in both the Broker Portal and the Customer Portal.

You’ll find the new tools when uploading documents:
Go to Document Request.
Click Upload Document.
Select one or more PDF or image files.
Once uploaded, preview the document, and you’ll see a new PDF Tools panel appear.
From here, you can edit, organise, or compress your documents — all within Effi.
