This guide will walk you through how to connect your Aircall account so you can make and manage calls directly from the portal.

Once connected, you will be able to:

• Start calls from the Leads board

• Call directly from inside a lead

• View call recordings, notes, and summaries in the messaging section

Before You Start

Make sure you have:

• An active Aircall account

• Access to the Aircall dashboard

• Admin access to your broker portal settings

1. Access Your Profile and Settings

1. Click your profile icon located in the top right corner of the portal.

2. Select Settings.

2. Enter Your Aircall Account Name

1. Locate the Call Configuration section.

2. Enter your Aircall account name.

Your account name is the email address used to register your Aircall account.

3. Access the Aircall Dashboard

1. Log in to your Aircall Dashboard.

2. Locate the list of phone numbers associated with your account.

4. Generate a New API Key

1. From the left menu, click Integrations & API.

2. On the right side, select Generate API Key.

When generating the key, use a clear naming convention such as:

First Name + Business Name

Example:
John – ABC Finance

Click Generate to create the API credentials.

6. Copy the App ID and Token

Aircall will generate two credentials:

• App ID

• API Token

Steps:

1. Copy the App ID.

2. Return to the Broker Portal and paste it into the appropriate field.

3. Go back to the Aircall dashboard and copy the API Token.

7. Confirm the Credentials

2. Return to the Aircall dashboard.

3. Click Confirm to secure the credentials.

8. Copy the Webhook URL

Each business has a unique webhook URL.

1. Obtain the webhook URL provided for your business.

2. Copy the webhook before returning to the Aircall dashboard.

9. Create a Webhook Installation

1. In the Aircall dashboard, navigate back to Integrations & API.

2. Locate the Webhook section.

3. Click Create a new webhook installation.

10. Install the Webhook

1. Enter a Webhook name (e.g., First Name + Business Name).

2. Paste the Webhook URL.

3. Ensure all webhook options are enabled.

4. Click Add Webhook.

11. Finish the Integration

Click Finish to complete the setup.

Your Aircall integration is now successfully connected.

Making Calls from the Portal

Once connected, you can trigger calls in two ways.

Option 1: Call from the Leads Board

1. Go to Leads.

2. Find the lead you want to contact.

3. Click the Phone icon to start the call.

Option 2: Call from Inside a Lead

1. Open the Lead profile.

2. Navigate to Messaging.

3. Click the drop-down menu.

4. Select Start Phone Call.

Using the Aircall Dial Pad

When a call starts:

• The Aircall dial pad will appear.

• You can dial numbers or start the call directly from the lead.

After the Call

After ending the call, you can:

• Add call notes

• View the call recording

• See the call summary

All call activity will be stored in the Messaging section of the lead.
