Once Aircall is connected, Effi now creates and updates your Aircall contacts for you, so incoming calls show who's calling.
Overview
You no longer need to add clients to Aircall yourself. Effi keeps Aircall contacts in step with your leads and applicants. It's for any broker business using the Aircall integration.
Availability
All enterprises with the Aircall integration connected. Nothing to switch on.
How to use it
There are no steps once Aircall is connected. Here's what happens:
- New leads: when an applicant or lead is created in Effi, a matching Aircall contact is created.
- Updates: change the applicant's name, mobile or email in Effi and the Aircall contact updates too.
- Company name: the contact's company field shows the assigned broker.
- Same client, more than one broker: all broker names appear on the contact, in alphabetical order.
- Older leads: leads created before this update may not have a contact yet. If one of those clients calls, Effi creates the contact then.
Bring across existing leads
Just connected Aircall and want contacts for all your existing leads? Contact support@effi.com.au and we'll run a one-off sync for your business.

FAQs
Do I need to turn anything on? No. Sync starts once your Aircall integration is connected.
What if two brokers work with the same client? Both broker names show on the Aircall contact.
Will my old leads appear in Aircall? Not straight away. Ask support for a one-off sync, or the contact is created the first time that client calls.
Can I edit the contact in Aircall? Yes, but changes made in Effi will overwrite the synced fields.
