How to Re-Sync Your Email in Effi
If your emails have stopped syncing in Effi or you're having trouble sending/receiving, follow these simple steps to re-sync your email account.
Step 1: Go to Your Profile Settings

From your Effi dashboard, click your profile icon (top right corner).

Select "Profile" from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Email Sync

Inside the Profile Settings, on the right you'll see your email under 'Contact Information'.
Step 3: Re-Sync Your Email

Click on the blue cog icon and select 'Remove account'
- Once completed you will switch the email toggle back on and enter in your email address.

A pop-up will appear prompting you to log in using your email credentials (e.g., Microsoft Outlook or Gmail).

Complete the login and grant the necessary permissions for Effi to access your email.
Step 4: Confirm Connection

Once authenticated, Effi will confirm your email has been successfully re-synced.

The "Email Sync" section should now show a green status.

You can test it by sending or receiving an email from within Effi.
