Archive Document Templates (Platform Admin)

Platform admins can now archive document templates directly from the platform. This allows templates to be hidden across all tenants without affecting any existing document requests already in progress.

Previously, templates could only be hidden by support staff on a per-tenant or per-user basis.

What happens when a template is archived?

When a document template is archived:

• It is removed from the broker businesses' Manage Templates view.
• It can no longer be selected for new document requests.
• Existing document requests that already use the template remain unaffected.
• The template can be restored at any time.

How to view or restore archived templates

Platform admins can enable the Show archived option to:

• View archived templates
• Restore templates when required
