How many times can I sync?
It's a one time sync at this stage, don't worry we'll prompt you to double check the data is complete before syncing.
What data is included in the sync?
We'll send the entire fact find, which includes the following:
- Personal details of the applicant
- Assets
- Liabilities
- Living expenses
- Income and Employment
What's not included in the sync?
Documents and Files
Where does the lead land in MyCRM?
All leads will enter MyCRM as a new lead
If I get an error message, does that mean I can't sync?
Whenever there's an error message, it means that the sync did no go through and you have the chance to update fields and try again.
Great, how do I get started?
You'll need your API Keys, this is requested by emailing LoanMarket's Customer Support. Please refer to this sample request email.

Once you have your API keys
In order to get connected please double check your aggregator settings is LoanMarket from your profile.
Here's a 20 second clip on how to check:
Copy and paste your Client ID and Secret
Select your name from the CRM adviser drop down.
