Effi has improved how you manage referrers and their contacts—making it easier and more flexible to track where your leads are coming from.
Referring Contacts Section Is Now Collapsible
On both the Add Referrer and Edit Referrer screens, you’ll now see a collapsible Referring Contacts section.
From here, you can:
- Add a new contact
- Edit an existing contact
- Delete a contact
This makes it easier to manage all referral-related contact details in one place.
Choosing or Adding a Referring Person in the Referrer Page
When adding or editing a referrer
- You can select a Referring Person based on the chosen referral source.

Below Edit Referrer, you may add your unlimited referring contacts.

Referring Person in Enquiry View
In the Enquiry View:
- If both name and email are available from a saved contact, the name will be shown
- If only free text were entered, that’s what would be displayed
This ensures it’s always clear who referred the lead—even if the contact isn't in your system.
How it works:
- If you select a contact from the dropdown, their saved email will be used
- If you enter a name or email manually, that free text will be used for communication
- If you select a contact after entering free text, the contact’s saved information will override the manual entry
This gives you the flexibility to enter referral information even if the contact isn’t saved in the system yet.
