Update on Lead Cloning Enhancements

Overview

Recent updates have been made to the lead cloning process to better align with the current Fact Find structure and improve data accuracy during cloning.

What’s Changed?

Revamped Cloning Structure

• Previous Behavior: The cloning process copied extensive personal and historical details, including personal info, addresses, employment history, and other data linked to the old Fact Find setup prior to the launch of forms.

• Current Behavior: The cloning structure now focuses on essential components such as Fact Find documents, Loan Details, and Bank Statements. All associated checkboxes in the cloning interface are fully functional, giving brokers greater control over what data to carry forward.

Default Selections for Loan Details and Bank Statements

• By default, Bank Statements and Loan Details are left unchecked during cloning.

• This is deliberate, as new loan applications typically require fresh bank statements and updated loan details.

• Brokers can manually select these options if they want to include existing bank statements or loan details in the cloned lead.
