Document Workspace: Preview, Analyse and Accept Documents in One Place

Overview

Before, you opened each document from a side panel and accepted them one by one. The document workspace brings all the files in a Document Collection request into one view, so reviewing a full document pack is faster. It's for brokers and support staff who review client documents.

How to use it

Preview all documents (Broker portal)

1. Open the lead and go to the Document Collection request.
2. Click Preview all.
3. The document workspace opens with every file in the request. Move between files to review them.
4. Where a document has several files, the first few show and Show more reveals the rest.

Preview a single document

Click a document to open it in a preview window. If AI Detection is on, click the AI report icon in the preview to see that document's analysis.

Analyse selected documents

1. In the Document Collection request, click Select.
2. Tick the documents you want analysed.
3. Click Analyse selected to run AI analysis on just those documents.

Accept several documents at once

1. Click Select.
2. Tick the documents you've reviewed, or select all.
3. Click Accept.

Always review each document before accepting it. Accepting confirms the document meets your requirements.

What's changed

FAQs

Can I still preview one document? Yes. Click it to open it in its own preview window.

Do I have to use AI analysis? No. You can review and accept documents without it. AI analysis needs AI Detection turned on for your enterprise.

Should I accept all without reviewing? No. Selecting several is there to save clicks once you've reviewed them.

Does editing a document use the new window? Not yet; editing still opens the current window.
